This project outlines a cohesive design philosophy for a first-time private resort owner, focusing on creating a unique and authentic tropical sanctuary by moving away from generic, overused design trends.

Core Vision: To create a holistic "Tropical Modernism with Filipino Touch Woven in Luxury" experience that feels personal, soulful, and seamlessly integrated with its natural environment.

Key Design Commitments:

· Move Toward: "Tropical Modernism" using natural, and textured materials to create a sense of place.

2. Interior Design:

· Move Away From: Impersonal, minimalist sterility.

· Move Toward: A seamless indoor-outdoor flow with an earthy, filipino touch ,textured palette, and a focus on curated, serene spaces.

3. Landscaping:

· Move Away From: Generic, "typical" commercial plants .

· Move Toward: An immersive "curated piece of jungle" using a few palette of dramatic tropical plants to create a multi-sensory, authentic experience.

Conclusion: This integrated approach ensures the resort will be a distinctive and memorable escape, defined by its authentic character and connection to nature, rather than conventional hospitality clichés.
